After an action-packed few weeks, today we finished up for our summer break. We would like to thank everyone- staff, parents and pupils, who made our school a happy and busy place this year, full of learning and fun.
September brings change but as always, our pupils are at the heart of everything we do.
We wish everyone a happy and safe summer. We look forward to seeing you again on August 27th.
We had an amazing afternoon of song, dance, jokes, fun-facts, football skills, skipping and gymnastics acts. Well done to everybody who took part in our show. The spirits were high and it was wonderful to see our super pupils supporting each other, encouraging each other and cheering each other on.
We had a great morning of cleaning up and litter picking around our school and community. Many hands make light work!
Congratulations to the lovely pupils in Sixth class who celebrated their graduation day today. You are a credit to yourselves, your families and to our school. We are all very proud of you.
Thank you, for all you have added to Scoil San Nioclás since 2017. We will miss you! Best of luck on the next stage of your journey.
We were busy today planting tomatoes, basil and parsley. Thank you, Catherine for the plants and for helping us out!
We all had a great day today at our fun day. We were archaeologists digging for Viking fossils, musicians learning how to drum, museum curators showing off our interesting artifacts from home and we rounded it all off with more digging…. digging into some delicious ice-creams, kindly provided and served by our wonderful Parents Association. Another fantastic day at school! Happy days and happy memories with our friends.
We rounded off the G.A.A Festival today with some past pupils (and some current)showing off their cup, celebrating their recent u14 Division 2 League win. Well done, girls and thanks for calling to see us!
Thank you to our friends , Stabannon Parnells, along with the Louth Development coaches and our brilliant parent helpers for organising a fantastic day of G.A.A fun today. We had a ball!! (And a sliotar!)

We had a glorious day of fun, friendship and participation in the sunshine. Thank you to Ryan and the Move To Improve team for a fantastic morning of activities. Thank you to Gemma and the FKFT team for a super dance workshop in the afternoon. It was fantastic to see lots of mams, dads and grandparents at our annual picnic and joining in the dancing fun. We loved seeing such happy smiles from young and not so young!
